Meet the Team
Todd Beck
Todd Beck
Building on a successful career as a communications executive for leading television, technology, and interactive entertainment companies, Todd established BECK Media in 2000 to provide companies access to personalized, business-minded strategic marketing and communications solutions.
Before starting BECK Media, Todd handled communications in an agency setting, at a major U.S. broadcast television network, and at a trailblazing online casual gaming company. Today, Todd works with founders and CEOs to help them build and grow lasting companies and brands. He is primarily responsible for maintaining the agency’s results-oriented culture of creativity, innovation, and technology. An inveterate media hound with an offbeat creative marketing streak, Todd leads business development, capabilities expansion and team growth, as well as BECK’s unscripted content initiative which has an array of projects currently in development.
Todd graduated from Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. In a moment of pandemic lockdown inspiration, he established Pledge4.org, the non-extractive giving circle which distributes new business opportunities to participating agencies in order to generate philanthropic donations for good causes. Todd is also the longest-serving executive committee member, Treasurer and three-term past Chair of the Television Publicity Executives Committee.
In any given week, you can find Todd traveling around his native Los Angeles via bicycle, train, or electric skateboard to find new points of view, fresh air and unexpected connections. If you ever need a restaurant recommendation, reach out any time.
Stephanie Booker
Stephanie Booker
Stephanie is head of BECK Media’s Atlanta office.
Stephanie develops publicity and creative strategy campaigns for the agency’s clients in the streaming television and podcast spaces, among others. She has worked with a variety of clients, including NBC Universal, Pluto TV, MGM Television, Tenderfoot TV, BET+, AEG Global Partnerships and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, among many others.
She joined BECK Media in 2009 at the agency’s West Coast headquarters before relocating to Atlanta in 2017 to establish the new outpost in Atlanta’s historic Ponce City Market. Prior to BECK Media, Stephanie worked for personal and corporate publicity firm WKT PR, where she executed campaigns for Paramount Digital, Pepsi Digital and a variety of notable actors, directors and writers. She started her career as a member of the media relations team at “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider.”
In her free time, you can find Stephanie exploring Atlanta’s best dog-friendly spots with her rescue pup, Frank. Passionate about prison reform, she volunteers for several organizations tackling issues to this end.
Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and telecommunications arts from the University of Georgia.
Sharn Norman
Sharn Norman
Sharn is part of the BECK Media and Marketing Los Angeles team, where she develops and implements creative PR and communications strategies.
Originally from the Land Down Under, Sharn was Publicity Manager at the Nine Network for over six years. She oversaw the launch and following four seasons of The Voice Australia, the highest-rated entertainment program in the country’s history. She led national publicity strategies for other network programs including 60 Minutes, Big Brother and The Block, as well as programming from Warner Bros., NBC and Sony Pictures Television.
With both in-house and agency experience, Sharn has a diverse knowledge of communications, digital and media relations and thrives on delivering results for clients such as NBC Universal, Netflix, Grace: A Storytelling Company, Beyond Productions, National Geographic Channel and the Critics’ Choice Awards.
Sharn holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Public Relations from Torrens University Australia.
Aubrey Siegel
Aubrey Siegel
Aubrey leads BECK Media’s New York office overseeing the account team on strategy, development and delivery of PR & communications services for a broad range of clients within scripted and non-fiction television, streaming platforms, podcasts and the broader entertainment industry.
She’s worked on strategic media relations, executive visibility, and consumer publicity campaigns for a variety of clients including National Geographic, Disney Branded Television, Spotify Podcasts, Paramount+, Netflix, ITVS and Independent Lens, EPIX, Pluto TV, All3Media America, TodayTix, Scribd, and the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences (AMPAS), among others.
She joined BECK Media from HarperCollins Publishers, where she executed publicity campaigns for titles under the It Books and Harper Design imprints, specializing in celebrity, pop culture, design and sports books.
In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys hanging out with her dog Wally, being in the mountains, playing tennis, trying new recipes, and continuing her quest to find the best bowl of ramen. Aubrey has volunteered as a girls lacrosse coach for a local NYC club program.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in journalism, a B.A. in sociology, and minors in sustainability studies and women’s studies.
Shannon Donnelly
Shannon Donnelly
Shannon is a member of BECK Media’s Los Angeles team, where she drives strategy and helps oversee media campaigns for the agency’s sports, entertainment, business, and tech clients.
Prior to joining BECK Media, she was a senior account manager at LCO, an award-winning boutique PR firm. While there, she designed, led and executed innovative PR campaigns on behalf of New York Time’s best-selling authors, iconic sports and entertainment personalities, Fortune 500 companies, Inc. 500 entrepreneurs as well as leading lifestyle experts and entertainment-industry executives.
At BECK Media, Shannon develops and implements strategic media initiatives for a broad range of client accounts. Her expertise has benefited past and current clients including AEG, The Los Angeles Film School, Lionsgate/Comic Con-HQ and SEGA, among others.
A proud native of San Francisco, Shannon graduated from Occidental College with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in art history.
Chantal Divinity
Chantal Divinity
Chantal Divinity joined BECK Media and Marketing in 2022 as the Human Resources Manager, planning and overseeing a variety of talent related functions such as recruiting, employee relations, culture, engagement, and payroll.
Her introduction to HR started in high school, unexpectedly kicking off a more than 10 year talent operations career in a variety of industries including logistics, marketing/advertisement, staffing, and television production – garnering an interest and ability to adapt HR processes and strategies to different work environments.
A graduate of University of the Pacific and Mount Saint Mary’s University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, in her free time you can find her at the movies (recliner seats only), spending time with her family and friends, going to church, exploring a random U.S. city, finding new ways to stay active, and daydreaming. Lots of daydreaming.
Ayla Tavana
Ayla Tavana
Ayla is BECK Media’s Business Operations Manager, where she focuses on project management, operational efficiency, and collaborating closely with the executive and finance team to propel business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Prior to her role at BECK, Ayla led operations at a prestigious national law firm in Los Angeles. She concentrated on overseeing the LA office, project management, office services, and enhancing efficiency and organization across all departments and staff.
In her free time, Ayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, camping, boxing and exploring various fitness studios and pastry shops.
Adrianna Paidas
Adrianna Paidas
Adrianna Paidas is a member of the BECK Media New York City team, where she leads B2B and consumer media campaigns across scripted and unscripted television, documentaries, streaming platforms, podcasts and the broader entertainment industry.
Currently, Adrianna works with a variety of entertainment clients, including Disney Branded Television, Spotify Podcasts, and ITVS and its flagship series Independent Lens. She has most recently led consumer campaigns for the critically acclaimed Independent Lens docuseries “Philly D.A.,” and Spotify/Gimlet unscripted podcasts “Resistance” and “Stolen: The Search for Jermain.”
She’s also worked with clients including Netflix and Grace: A Storytelling Company on projects at the intersection of music and television including the Emmy-award winning Beatles-inspired animated series “Beat Bugs,” and motown-inspired series “Motown Magic.”
Prior to BECK Media, Adrianna worked at Grove Atlantic, where she helped execute publicity campaigns for a variety of literary fiction and nonfiction books.
She received a B.S. in journalism at the University of Florida, and continues to have an inherent soft spot for a good story. When she’s not working to drive client narratives across the media landscape, you can find her strolling/running/hanging in Central Park, enjoying a good meal out, or picking up some essentials at CVS.
Katie Steinberg
Katie Steinberg
A member of BECK Media in New York City, Katie leads B2B and consumer media campaigns for a range of clients within scripted and unscripted television, streaming platforms, podcasts, technology and the broader entertainment industry.
Katie has worked on strategic media relations, executive visibility and consumer publicity campaigns for a variety of clients including Blue Ant Studios, WEBTOON, Spotify Podcasts, Paramount+, National Geographic, Netflix, ITVS and Independent Lens, All3Media America, MGM, Endemol Shine North America, 44 Blue Productions and Scribd, among others.
Previously, Katie worked as part of the communications staff for the New Jersey Devils before moving to HarperCollins Publishers, where she spent over six years handling publicity campaigns for an array of celebrity, entertainment, sports, comedy and music titles under the William Morrow and Dey Street Books imprints.
She graduated from Villanova University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree. When she’s not at work, you can find Katie on the beach with a book in hand, browsing the local record store, binge-watching her latest TV obsession or hunting down the perfect plate of pasta.
Dianna Bonvino
Dianna Bonvino
A New York native, and proud working mom, Dianna joined BECK Media in 2015 and specializes in strategic media relations for the BECK Media Atlanta team.
At BECK Media, Dianna leads various client accounts and executes measurable results with a focus on executive visibility, trade and consumer publicity for companies in the television production, streaming entertainment and entertainment archiving spaces. Her current clients include Campanario Entertainment, BET+, Iron Mountain Entertainment Services and Tenderfoot TV, among others.
Prior to BECK Media, she worked at HarperCollins Publishers where she carried out multifaceted digital and traditional publicity campaigns for fiction, nonfiction, genre fiction, lifestyle, and cookbooks.
Taja Slydell
Taja Slydell
Taja joined the BECK Media and Marketing Atlanta team in 2020 after an extensive career in publishing and healthcare PR where she worked with health systems and life sciences clients developing integrated communications plans and thought leadership campaigns.
At BECK Media, Taja works with a wide range of clients helping to develop corporate messaging strategies and public relations campaigns for their many shows and projects. Her client work spans from all facets of entertainment, from scripted and unscripted programming, podcasts, streaming services and beyond. Her key clients include Iron Mountain Entertainment Services, Tenderfoot TV, and BET+ among others.
She has a dual degree and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications and English from Florida State University. When she’s not working on an entertainment campaign, you can find Taja at the latest beauty event thinking of her next catchy polish name, as she is co-founder of IV KULTURE Vegan Nail Lacquer, a clean beauty brand she started with her sisters in 2015.
Yurie Kwon
Yurie Kwon
Yurie joined the BECK Media New York team after starting her career in tech PR in San Francisco. At BECK, Yurie develops and executes publicity campaigns and corporate/consumer comms for a variety of entertainment and tech companies, helping to get the word out about documentary films, podcasts, scripted TV series, streaming platforms and more. Current and former clients include Paramount+, Spotify (Podcasts), WEBTOON, ITVS, Pluto TV, National Geographic, TodayTix, EPIX, and Scribd.
Prior to BECK, she spent four years at SutherlandGold Group, where she led PR efforts for a wide range of B2B and B2C tech companies including SurveyMonkey, Imgur, Cloudflare, Wonder Workshop, Goldbelly, and Carbon Black.
Yurie hails from Seoul, Korea and London, England, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in English and media studies. Outside of work, she can most likely be found making the most of her AMC A-List subscription, playing volleyball with her recreational league, or curled up on the couch bingeing her latest TV obsession.
Kenna Lee
Kenna Lee
Kenna is a member of BECK Media and Marketing’s Los Angeles team where she works on an array of entertainment and tech clients including Facebook and Instagram.
Born and raised in Michigan, Kenna attended Central Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrative Public Relations. In 2017, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of living and working in a big city. Since then, Kenna has done social media marketing across several industries and has spent the last two years working in tech PR before joining BECK’s entertainment team in 2022.
In her spare time, you can find Kenna watching a documentary, supporting her friends at drag shows in West Hollywood, traveling or going to music festivals across the country.
Sam Shier
Sam Shier
Samantha is a member of BECK Media and Marketing’s Los Angeles entertainment team, where she has implemented thoughtful and newsworthy PR, communication, and executive visibility strategies across a variety of clients including Meta, Spotify, The Wonder Project, BET+, Warner Music Group’s Interval Presents, and more.
An LA native, Samantha launched her career at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she worked on motion picture publicity and awards campaigns. She executed PR strategies for tentpole films including Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Men in Black: International, The Girl in the Spider’s Web, and Jumanji: The Next Level among many others, as well as Sony Pictures Animation titles such as Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Peter Rabbit and Goosebumps. Samantha’s enthusiasm for the entertainment industry began in college while she worked in publicity across HBO, Allied Integrated Marketing, and Sony.
She attended the University of California, Berkeley where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and a minor in Economics. When not working, Samantha spends her free time binging all of the current television shows, while she also enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants.
Rebecca Szlajen

Rebecca is a member of BECK Media’s New York City team, where she works with clients across multiple fields of entertainment, including Paramount+, Spotify Podcasts, Blue Ant Studios and WEBTOON.
Rebecca joined BECK Media after working in advertising and marketing for a year, with internship experience varying from entertainment to IT. Rebecca graduated from Ithaca College’s Park School of Communications with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Design, a concentration in corporate communication and a minor in journalism.
A television and comics junkie, Rebecca spends her free time obsessing over the latest superhero shows and animated comedies or binging sci-fi podcasts. She also volunteers on the executive board for PRSA’s New Professionals chapter.
Shanice Jones
Shanice Jones
Shanice Jones, a Houston native, graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and earned a Master’s in Sport Management from Houston Baptist University. Before joining BECK, she worked in higher education, coordinating both academic and social events, social media, and providing administrative support for the College of Business.
Shanice is a member of BECK Media’s Atlanta team, where she works with clients across multiple fields of entertainment, including Campanario Entertainment, BET+, Iron Mountain Media and Archive Services, and Tenderfoot TV.
In her free time, Shanice enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, shopping for makeup, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves watching sports.
Katie O’Connell
Katie O’Connell
Katie is a member of BECK Media and Marketing’s Los Angeles team. Since 2021, she has worked across an array of clients within the entertainment and tech spaces, including Paramount+/Pluto TV, Iron Mountain Media and Archive Services, inKind, The Wonder Project, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Spotify, pocket.watch and more.
Prior to graduating from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Katie interned at a PR agency working with clients in the food and tech industries, and at the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, focusing on social media marketing and events. In these internships, she was able to combine her passion for writing with her love of media, and moved forward to pursue a career in PR.
Outside of work, you can find Katie on a long walk through the neighborhoods of West LA, Peloton-ing, or at the beach with a good book.
